Mindful Walk
Please join me for a mindful walk! We will meet at the Pavilion 1. I will guide us through what a mindful walk entails then we will walk for 30-45mins then have a discussion afterwards. Please feel free to bring a friend. RSVPS are mandatory.

Mindful Walking
Join me for a 45min mindful walk. We will walk in silence focusing on our breath, the sounds around us, and our steps. This is will be an easy walk, flat surface, no inclines or declines.
